Don't Need A Topic

This is as much to remind myself as anything.

I don't really need to have a topic to write about. I just need to write more. It helps to have a topic, of course, but it isn't entirely necessary.

That's something I seem to have lost sight of in recent months, if not years. I used to be at least a little bet better about that, but haven't been so much lately, I'm not sure why. Maybe I've fallen back on that old idea that some of what I come up with is too dumb or silly or something; not worth the trouble somehow. I really need to get back over that.

Like I was saying in this video, I really need to start taking my own advice again and just get on with these things. I really won't get anywhere if I don't. Nothing's guaranteed if I do, either, but as I once heard somebody else on YouTube say, nothing changes if nothing changes.

With that in mind, I'm going to at least make an effort to get back at this a little more consistently. I'm not entirely sure what's coming or when, but that was always the point.
