I really need to drink more water than I do.
I haven't been feeling so great the last couple days, and I think it's because I haven't been getting enough liquids lately.
I've got the classic symptoms of dehydration, as I understand them: fatigue, headache, minor irritability, that sort of thing. A little more water might help with that.
Getting more water might also help me take off some of this extra weight, too. Keeping my fluids up is supposed to help me feel full without adding any great amount of calories to an already overstuffed diet. Or, at least that's how I understand it.
At any rate, a little more water than what I've been getting certainly can't hurt much, and might even do me some good. Here's to that.
