Movies I Should Probably See: Tomorrow Never Dies

Given my initial career choice, it's kind of a surprise that I've never seen this particular Bond flick.

I've been at least a passing James Bond fan for most of my life. In spite of that, I've only seen about half of the movies, mostly the ones with Connery and Moore in the role of Bond.

The only one I can ever remember seeing in a movie theater was the version of Casino Royale with Daniel Craig as James Bond. I quite liked it, even though I do believe it was a remake of an adaption for television.

But the one Bond film that a lot of people might be surprised to hear I haven't seen is Tomorrow Never Dies. This is because I had intended to become a journalist by trade when I graduated from high school, and in a way, that's sort of become reality. The reason that's relevant is that Tomorrow Never Dies is supposedly about a newspaper baron that's manipulating the media so that he's actually the one in charge of how the world works and it's up to Bond to stop him.

Since I haven't seen it and probably should, I'll see if I can find it at my local second-hand video and gaming shop. I'm sure they'll probably have it, since they seem to have just about everything else I might want in that sense.

Who knows, maybe I'll even do a review of it.
